Facilities Management is responsible for maintaining University facilities and grounds in a safe, functional, attractive and cost effective manner. Facilities day-to-day operations,?as well as long term planning, are handled through this department.?In addition, all aspects of the heating plant and construction are also managed by Facilities Management.

Grounds Maintenance provides general labor and snow and ice removal services, and maintains the campus grounds, lawns, trees, shrubs and flowers.?
The Building Maintenance Department provides carpentry, electrical, locksmith, and sign making services to the University.
The Janitorial Department maintains a clean and sanitary environment for the University community which maximizes the usable life of facilities and contributes to a reduction in overall costs of maintenance and replacement.
