Appeals can be submitted within 14 calendar days of the ticket issuance one of three ways:
- In person at the Parking Office
All faculty, staff, students and visitors of the University who wish to appeal a violation must fill out an appeal form in person, or online, within 14 calendar days of the ticket issuance. Appeal forms are also available in the Parking Office. Each ticket must be appealed separately.
吉祥棋牌游戏大厅免费下载Appeals that are not submitted within 14 calendar days of issue date, whether submitted online or in person, are ineligible for consideration. An appeal will postpone and delay fines/fees until adjudication. Failure to appeal within the prescribed time limit shall be deemed a waiver of the right to do so.

Once your appeal has been submitted, you will be sent a written response letter from the Parking Office within 14 business days. Please contact the Parking Office at (773)?442?4114 or email if you do not receive a response to your appeal within 14 calendar days.
吉祥棋牌游戏大厅免费下载Appeals are reviewed by the University Parking Office. When a decision is made, the appellant will be informed by postal mail within 14 calendar days.
吉祥棋牌游戏大厅免费下载If your citation is excused, the parking fine has been waived and you will no longer be held accountable. If the violation was paid in advance, a refund will be issued.
If your Appeal has been denied, this means that the Parking Appeals Committee considers you responsible for the fine and expects you to pay the entire parking violation fine and any associated late fees within 14 calendar days of the decision date. Failure to pay within 14 calendar days will result in additional penalty fees. Transcripts and other documents will not be released from Enrollment Services until such violation fees are paid.
If your citation has been reduced, this means that the Parking Appeals Committee considers you responsible for the fine and expects you to pay the parking violation fine at a reduced rate within 14 calendar days from the decision date.
An individual can submit a second appeal if their first appeal is denied. However, they must provide addition/new information for a second consideration before the Parking Appeals Committee. All requests must be sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 calendar days of the date listed on the University Parking Office’s decision letter. A response will be sent via email. Please be detailed and do not simply restate the contents of the original appeal or it will not be accepted.
吉祥棋牌游戏大厅免费下载Once a second appeal appointment has been scheduled, a person has three ways to plead their case:
- In person
- By telephone
- In writing
A letter stating the outcome of the second appeal will be sent to the appellant via email. The decision of the Parking Appeals Committee is final. Transcripts and other documents will not be released from Enrollment Services until such violation fees are paid.
